Here's how we'll help you collect feedback from your team

FeedbackMeter is an easy to use web app that helps you learn something new and important about your team every week. You will know what your employees are working on, how they feel about the company, and who they are as people.

We built FeedbackMeter knowing that in order to get good answers you need to ask good questions. Knowing which question to ask is always the hard part, so we have put together a list of questions that we will send every week to your staff. When you buy FeedbackMeter, you'll get the equivalent of 2 years' worth of questions, and if you combine that with the answers you'll get, you'll see how powerful FeedbackMeter can be of help to your team.

Monday: the Heart Beat question

On Mondays, you'll always be asked: "What are you working on?". This will give everyone an overview on what’s happening across the company while encouraging your employees to think about the week ahead.

Wednesday: the Company question

On Wednesdays, we'll ask a different question to help you uncover how your employees feel about your business, the work, the culture, etc. A question might be... "What is that one thing you would change about the company of you could?" or "Do you feel like you're spread too thin right now?". Each person who respond will get to decide who can see her or his answer – just the leadership team, or everyone at the company. We give you more than 100 Company Questions out-of-the-box with FeedbackMeter. We also give you 100% flexibility to add new questions or edit existing ones.

Friday: the Social question

On Fridays, everyone is asked a Social Question. Something non-work related. Like "Read any good books lately?" or "What is your hobby?". You'll see what people have in common, discover something new about someone, share an experience, etc. We give you more than 100 Social Questions out-of-the-box with FeedbackMeter. We also give you 100% flexibility to add new questions or edit existing ones.
